Our Story
Flower & Flour began as a small passion project built around two simple things we love: good baking and good flower.
What started in our kitchen quickly grew into a small-batch bakery focused on crafting cozy baked goods, infused treats, and pet products made with care and quality ingredients.
Flower & Flour is proudly Mi’kmaq owned and operated, and we believe in supporting our community, creating products people genuinely enjoy, and sharing a little extra warmth through homemade treats.

All products are made to order in small batches.
Pre-orders are accepted anytime. Please allow up to 1 week for preparation.Pickup & delivery are available in:
Kentville – Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
Shubenacadie – Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays.We’ll confirm details once your order is ready.

Infused products contain cannabis and are intended for adults 19+.
Valid government-issued ID is required at pickup or delivery.Please consume responsibly.

Yes. We offer a selection of non-infused baked goods alongside infused desserts and CBD pet treats.

Our CBD pet treats are carefully measured and made in small batches. They contain no THC.
We recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing CBD to your pet, especially if they are on medication.

Custom orders require a minimum of 1 week notice and a 50% deposit to secure your date.
