Flower & Flour was founded by Ashton Paul and Mika Francis — a Mi’kmaq couple brought together by a shared love of baking and flower.

Ashton works as a budtender in Sipekne'katik First Nation, while Mika is a home baker based in Kentville. Together, we combine thoughtful preparation, quality ingredients, and measured craftsmanship to create small-batch desserts, infused offerings, and CBD pet treats with care and intention.
